Ensaladas by Mateo Flecha, workshop led by Patxi del Amo Patxi del Amo is visiting professor of viol at the Joaquin Maya School of Music. This workshop features 16th-century Spanish ensaladas by Flecha, mixtures of languages and style which combine different metres, musical quotations and the sacred and the secular.
