A rare opportunity to visit a hidden gem of Richmond: 37 acres of Heritage Landscape (registered with English Heritage Parks and Gardens) and Site of Importance for Nature Conservation, with three nationally scarce Pennine Dales flower-rich hay meadows. The walk is short, but there is some ascent. With guidance from a garden historian and other experts, we will finish at the top of Newbiggin, Richmond in plenty of time for lunch before the afternoon events. No dogs, please.
