Daughters of Elvin present early music in a new and exciting way. Evoking the spirit of medieval Europe with music, masks, dancers and giant stilt puppets, they give powerful displays of colour, movement and sound. Bringing to life images inspired by medieval paintings, carvings and literature, their array of instruments includes bagpipes, recorders, hurdy-gurdy, gothic harp, citole, hammered dulcimer and percussion.
