E2 11.00am | Meet at Keld car park - Sunday 30 May « Previous      Next »

From this tiny hamlet we cross Kisdon Hill on the old Corpse Road, as Swaledale opens before us.

Descending to Muker (time to visit the pub or tea room), we cross wild flower meadows, then follow the river back. A moderate 6-7 miles, finishing at Keld before the late afternoon concert. There is normally a tea room open in Keld.

Please wear boots and bring waterproofs and a hat, plus lunch and water for full-day walks. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, if on a lead, unless otherwise indicated. Remember coins for ticket machine if starting from a car-park. Places are limited, so book in advance.
